KYC Verification Process:

All users must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before making a withdrawal. This requires submitting a scanned copy of your National ID or passport. Bijali typically completes the verification process within 24 to 48 hours.

Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed and any deposited funds may not be refunded.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Bijali's services. Our platform is strictly prohibited for minors, and this policy is rigorously enforced.

• Age verification is carried out at the time of registration.
• Proof of age may be requested at any time if there is reason for doubt.
• If a user is found to be underage, the account will be closed and any deposited funds will be returned.

• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions

• Attempting to hack the platform or manipulate its software
• Harassment or misconduct toward other players
• Use of third-party accounts or payment methods
• Use of automated bots or automation software
